Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping – Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days
Express Shipping – Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping (see below).
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $20 (before tax and discounts).
Orders under $20 will be charged a shipping fee based on the selected delivery option.
Depending on your location and selected shipping method, we ship using:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
We currently ship to all residential and business addresses within the U.S. There are no restrictions on shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information to file a claim.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most products.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
Be in new, unused, and resalable condition
Be in the original packaging
Not be customized or personalized (customized products are final sale and cannot be returned)
Note: Some promotional kits or items may not be eligible for return due to their nature.
To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@getkravtic.com or via contact link with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) and the next steps.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or incorrect items).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your items reach us safely.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll process your return. You have the following options:
Refund: We will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Exchange: We can exchange your item for a different product (if available).
Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for the return amount to be used on future purchases.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Customized or personalized products
Sale or clearance items
Opened or used promotional products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you resolve the issue by sending a replacement or offering a refund
